Total Events And Management Services (TEAMS), Inc., a multi-management firm, specializes in association management, meetings and exhibits management, registration and housing. TEAMS, Inc. staff has been managing these functions since 1976, both as association employees and as TEAMS staff. Most have spent a minimum of 10 years in this industry and are true professionals. The purchase of Great Events in 1994 by TEAMS, Inc. provided the ideal opportunity to formalize the operation of both companies into today's package: TEAMS, Inc. focuses on association, meetings and exhibits management, registration and housing services; Great Events focuses on destination management. This division allows both companies to hire specialists in the appropriate field, while avoiding the "Generalist" syndrome so prevalent today.
Registration/ Housing services
We can manage the entire registration process or any portion, from
developing a registration form to providing statistical information at

Lead Retrieval
In response of many requests, we offer exhibitors lead retrieval services
via an automated barcode system utilizing "no-touch" scanning.
This completes the services offered and makes TEAMS the ultimate
"one-stop" management company for meetings.
Association Management
TEAMS, Inc. is a full-service association
management firm. We can provide full-service, limited service, and
everything in-between. We have extensive experience in creating new
associations and managing existing ones, marketing and membership,
for-profit subsidiaries, membership benefits, public relations and
advertising, publications and newsletters, financial administration
and overseeing boards and committees.
Meeting and Exhibition Management
Our meeting and exhibits management philosophy is simple: Outstanding
customer service for attendees and exhibitors while maintaining the
budget and integrity of the organization.
We have more than 85 years cumulative experience in budgeting, contracting
for meetings and exhibits, vendor requirements, contract law, operations
and logistics, marketing for meetings and exhibits, market research and
telemarketing, statistical information, floorplan design, exhibitor
communications, exhibitor sales and service, and food and beverage,
to name just a few areas. In response to many requests, the company now

Contract and Vendor Negotiations
Whether it's a multi-hotel meeting, membership benefits programs,
publications contracting or logo gifts, we can manage these aspects for
you. In some cases, contracts can be negotiated without a charge to the
association.
