Everything, but the Golf Tournament, Bike Ride and Casino Visit, is located in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Colorado Springs.

In your evaluation last year, you indicated additional food would be desirable, so the Committee listened and there will be a light lunch available on Monday.

At this year’s RMSAWWA/RMWEA Annual Joint Conference, the Golf Tournament will begin at 8:30 am on Sunday, September 14. The Committee has arranged for you to begin setting up your displays at 6:00 am on Sunday, so you can make the TEE TIME!

And, because it will be an early morning, you can reserve your sleeping room(s) for Saturday night as soon as the information is finalized and on the website. Your reservations must be made directly through the hotel.

There is a variety of room types that will be cost effective and convenient. Nightly rates are $105 + 9.4% tax for single or double occupancy. Two types of suites are also available. Contact the hotel for further information.

All Exhibitors receive an invitation to the Exhibitor Hospitality Reception on Saturday 7:00 - 11:00 PM
