Booth Included in Registration Fee:
The exhibitor registration fee includes a 10-foot by 10-foot booth, set with an 8-foot high blue and white back drape, 3-foot high blue side dividers, and one 7-inch by 44-inch one-line ID sign. Booth package will also include one 6-foot blue draped table, two side chairs, and carpeting in all aisles and in booth. Booth carpet is a $114 value paid by the conference committee.

NOTE: Electricity is not included in Booth registration fee. Exhibitor Service Kit will be provided to all exhibitors where electricity may be purchased for $75.

Official Services Contractor:
Convention Services of the Southwest (CSS) is the conference official services contractor. CSS is able to provide additional equipment, materials or services desired by the exhibitor, including receiving packages and storage. Costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor and payment must be made directly to CSS. Forms for these services will be provided by CSS in the Exhibitor Service Kit. CSS will provide all exhibitors an Exhibitor Service Kit closer to the time of the conference. These kits will contain detailed information, prices, schedules, rules, regulations, and policies regarding CSS’s services.

CSS will provide an on-site service desk staffed with qualified personnel and equipment during move-in and move-out. CSS will be the exclusive provider of the following:

• Electricity at $75 for the exhibit show
• Furniture and floor covering rental
• Drapery installation
• Installation and dismantling labor service
• Material handling
• Cleaning
