Exhibit Hours and Contact Information, as well as the forms to reserve your Exhibit Booth at the Joint Annual Conference, follow this page. The Conference Committee invites you to review all the information and join us in the 2009 Joint Annual Conference in Albuquerque.

The Albuquerque Convention Center will be the location for the Exhibit Hall as well as all conference activities, with one exception in that the Tuesday evening Banquet will be at the Hyatt Regency hotel. We have reserved the center’s northeast hall that has ample room for 120 booths, the buffet breakfast on Tuesday, the Water Taste Test competition, and the Toilet Bowl Trivia Contest. Right across the hall from the exhibits, we will have our registration booths, luncheons, and technical sessions. Overflow technical sessions and the opening session will be located immediately upstairs of the exhibit hall.

At this year’s RMSAWWA/RMWEA Joint Annual Conference, the Golf Tournament will begin at 8 am on Sunday, September 13. The committee has arranged for you to begin setting up your displays on Saturday between 4 to 6 pm or at 7:00 am on Sunday, so you can make the TEE TIME! Not a golfer? We have made arrangements for our own balloon fiesta! Join us for the experience of a lifetime, starting at sunrise on Sunday morning. We will meet at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Lobby at 6:00 am on Sunday. From there, Rainbow Ryders will shuttle us to the launch site, so we can launch the balloons at 6:30 am. We will return to the Hyatt Regency Downtown at about 10:30 am.

You can reserve your sleeping room(s) for Saturday night right now. Our conference hotel is the Hyatt Regency in downtown Albuquerque, where we have obtained the same sleeping room rate as we had back in 2005. Your reservations must be made directly through the hotel. Please be sure to ask for our group rate using our organization names of RMWEA or RMSAWWA.
