Additional electricity or other services such as telephone line, water, receiving shipped packages, storage, etc., must be arranged directly through the Embassy Suites Loveland Exhibitor Service Kit to be sent out closer to the Conference date.
**NOTE – If you plan to attend any ticketed event, such as the banquet or a business lunch, etc., you must fill out a Conference Registration Form and send payment to TEAMS to obtain your ticket(s).

Cancellation:
A 50% service fee will be charged on all cancellation requests received prior to August 9, 2011. No refunds will be made after August 9, 2011.

The exhibitor registration fee includes an 8’ by 10’ booth, set with an 8’ high black back drape, 3’ high black side dividers, one 7” x 44” one-line ID sign, and 110V electrical box WiFi throughout the Exhibit Floor. Booth package also includes one 6’ black draped table, two side chairs and a wastebasket.
Official Services Contractor:
Embassy Suites Loveland our official exhibit services contractor, will include all forms for additional equipment, materials or services desired by the exhibitor (including receiving packages and storage) in their Exhibitor Service Kit. These forms will identify who is associated with any extra services. Costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor and payment must be made directly to Embassy Suites Loveland. You will receive the Kit closer to the Conference dates.
