Cancellation:
A 50% service fee will be charged on all cancellation requests received prior to August 2, 2010. No refunds will be made after August 2, 2010.

EXHIBIT HOURS & DATES

Forms for Additional Services such as telephone, water, additional electricity, will be available in the Freeman Exhibitor Service Kit, along with Freeman’s forms, but you will deal directly with the identified facility or company involved.  Freeman will get in touch with you closer to the Conference dates.

The exhibitor registration fee includes an 8’ by 10’ booth, set with an 8’ high blue and silver back drape, 3’ high blue side dividers, one 7” x 44” one-line ID sign, 110V electrical box (must bring own power strip & extension cord), one 6’ blue draped table, two side chairs, wastebasket and two Exhibitor badges.  The booth package also includes WiFi and total carpet throughout the floor.

Official Services Contractor:
Freeman, our official services contractor, will include all forms for additional equipment, materials or services desired by the exhibitor (including receiving packages and storage) in their Freeman Exhibitor Service Kit.   These forms will identify the facility, company or Freeman as to who is associated with these extra services.  Costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor and payment must be made directly to the identified facility, company or Freeman.  You will hear from Freeman closer to the Conference dates.
